How to Apply
Companies wishing to engage with the HBAN syndicates and network should first review the HBAN criteria before submitting an application.
Once received one of our consultants will review your application.
Each company is assessed and should you meet our criteria you will be invited to pitch. Prior to your pitch, you will undergo one-on-one coaching with the HBAN team, to tailor your pitch to the relevant investor group.

Please note - raising private finance takes time, with a lot of discussion and negotiation required before an actual cash investment takes place. It also involves a legal process including due diligence undertaken by the investor as well as the company, in addition to the negotiation and signing of shareholders agreements.
