Visiting Delegation Package for CTIA Wireless

Enterprise Ireland is offering a Visiting Delegation Package for client companies wishing just to attend CTIA and avail of supporting services from Enterprise Ireland. 

The Visiting Delegation Package will include:

  1. Exhibit Only Pass

2 general Exhibits Passes per company will be provided in the package. 
These passes include admission to show floor and keynotes only at the Conference. 
Please note that this is not a Conference Pass/smartpass which must be purchased directly from the CTIA website http://www.ctiawireless.com/info/.

  1. Lead Generation support

Access to the Pre-registered list of those attending CTIA in 2011 as well as access to the 2008-2010 pre-registered lists (this normally costs over Euro 1,000.00).
This list is particularly useful for setting up targeted meetings.  We will help you contact key people from this list.

  1. Access to Meeting Room Spaces

An Enterprise Ireland Meeting Room is available 5 minutes walk from the Ireland Pavilion and time slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The Ireland Pavilion also has several seating area where more informal meetings can be held.  These spaces cannot be pre-booked.                                              

  1. Website

Your company will be included in the Enterprise Ireland CTIA website http://americas.enterprise-ireland.com/ctia2011/.

The website will feature a page for your company which will include your logo, background, pitch, contact information and a direct link to your own website.           

  1. Advertisement

Your Logo will be included on a graphics panel on the Ireland Pavilion.
A one page brochure will also feature your company and this will be distributed by our staff on the Ireland Pavilion. 

  1. Database / Social Media Outreach
    Enterprise Ireland will reach out to our database of over 4,000 key USA buyers, influencer, analysts and press using a targeted email.
    Your companies’ details will also be displayed on our blog, Facebook/LinkedIn pages and also on twitter.  ,

Enterprise Ireland will facilitate meetings set up as a direct result of this reach-out. 

  1. Networking Opportunity
    Enterprise Ireland will host a networking event on the evening of Wednesday March 23rd.  You will be asked to nominate key people to join you at this event.  More information will be provided closer to the show date.
  2. CTIA Trade Show Support

At the Show Enterprise Ireland staff will provide guidance on networking events, press relations, etc.
