The Halo Business Angel Partnership matches private investors with pre-screened investment opportunities in start-up, early stage and developing business. We offer a nationwide business matching service with offices in Dublin, Waterford, Cork and Galway. Our role is to act as facilitators not investment advisors, and we recommend that both sides take professional advice before making any investment-related decisions. The Halo Business Angel Partnership is a joint initiative of Enterprise Ireland and InterTradeIreland and is managed by Dublin Business Innovation Centre Limited as part of its ongoing support to start-up and developing enterprises.

Halo, the Northern Ireland Business Angel Network was re-launched in 2009 and has already built a network of nearly 100 angels and facilitated the investment of over £0.5m in local companies.
Halo is designed to fill this funding gap for NI companies by connecting high net-worth individuals with these companies in a structured manner. Angel investors, often in groups or syndicates can invest and also provide invaluable skills and experience.
Based in the Northern Ireland Science Park, halo works closely with NISP Connect. Between them they try to assist new ventures to develop their business model, find the right people and skills they need and ultimately to source the capital to make it a reality. http://www.nisp.co.uk/Entrepreneur-Halo.aspx
Halo is funded by Invest Northern Ireland and Intertrade Ireland
